Directions DIRECTIONS:FROM TACONIC PARKWAYTake exit for Route 199; bear right at the first light,turn LEFT at the 2nd light. Go south on Route 9; see * below. FROM N.Y. STATE THRUWAY Take exit 19 to Route 209 North; cross the Kingston- Rhinecliff Bridge; turn RIGHT on Route 9G; go 1.4 miles and turn Right on Route 9 South. See * below.DO NOT USE MAIN GATEUse Parsonage Street entrance. Travel south, past main gate, to Platt Avenue. It is south of the fairground's chainlink fence. If you're traveling south on Rte. 9 it's the first left on the Northern Dutchess Hospital; if you're traveling north on Rte. 9, it's the right turn after the spa. Stay on Platt Ave, all the way to the end. Make a LEFT onto Parsonage Street. Go 250 feet to the fairgrounds. At the stop sign make the LEFT turn.
